Abstract Background The provision of unnecessary Emergency Medical Services care remains a challenge throughout the US and contributes to Department overcrowding, delayed services lower quality care. New EMS models have shown promise in improving access health for patients who do not need urgent goals this study were (1) identify factors associated with utilization (911) (2) their effects on total calls transports an MIH program.
